Radon Gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US.

Radon Gas is sightless, odorless and tasteless, the only way you know if the home you are purchasing has high radon levels is to test.

The EPA and the US Surgeon General recommend that all homes sold be tested for Radon Gas.

New York State does not require radon testers to be licensed or certified.  There are protocols for Radon Gas testing, noncertified and inexperienced testers may not be familiar with protocols resulting in inaccurate readings. See what you need to know about Local Home Inspectors.
